This Privacy Policy explains how ITLOGY LLC ("we", "us"), operator of iptvincanada.online, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, the requirements of Quebec's Law 25.

- Contact details you provide when you order or contact support: your email address, and a name if you give one.
- Order details: the plan you selected, the amount and currency, and the status of the payment.
- Service data: your subscription identifier, activation status and support correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the service secure and to prevent fraud.
We do not collect or store your full card number. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; only the last digits and a transaction reference are returned to us.

- To create and deliver your subscription and send your access credentials.

- To process payments, prevent fraud and meet accounting obligations.
- To improve the website and, with your consent where required, to send service notices.
3. Consent

- our payment processor, to complete your card payment;
- our email and hosting providers, to deliver your credentials and run the website;
- authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We keep order and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet Canadian tax and accounting requirements (generally up to six years), after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and ask questions about our handling of it. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including data portability and the right to request de-indexing. To exercise any of these rights, write to help@iptvincanada.online. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of any breach that creates a real risk of significant harm, as PIPEDA requires.
