These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the IPTV subscription service offered on iptvincanada.online by ITLOGY LLC ("we", "us"). By ordering, you accept these terms.
1. The service
We provide access to an internet protocol television (IPTV) service: a network access and delivery service that streams live channels and on-demand content over your existing internet connection. We are based in Ottawa, Ontario, with servers in Toronto and Montreal.
2. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where noted.
- Prices are shown per plan on the pricing section of the website and are the total price for the term chosen.
- We do not charge in a foreign currency and there is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged after your term ends unless you order again.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are made by card through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Once payment is confirmed, your access credentials are sent to the email address you provided, usually within minutes.
4. Your account
- One connection allows one screen to play at a time; you may install the app on as many devices as you like.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all use of your account.
- Sharing or reselling your account without our written agreement is not permitted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in compliance with Canadian law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with applicable copyright and broadcasting rules.
6. Content and third-party rights
We do not host, record, store or broadcast any content on our own servers. We supply network access and reseller services only. All channel names, logos and programme titles belong to their respective owners and are used, where shown, for identification purposes only.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates and may modify the channel line-up or features when necessary.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
